Elliot Davies

Elliot Davies was one of our junior Black Belts and trained with us at our club in Cheddar. There is in our hearts a great sadness in the way in which Elliot’s life was so prematurely taken. He was hit by a car while on his way to school on Wednesday 7th January 2009. The Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance airlifted Elliot to the Royal United Hospital in Bath, where sadly he died from his injuries. He was just 13 years old. We would like to honour, to value, and to remember him. He was a dedicated and loyal student. A loving son, and brother. He was a shining example to us all.

We are raising money for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance Charity in Elliot’s memory. We could not think of a better way to pay tribute to Elliot than to support this great cause.

The Air Ambulance responds to any type of emergency, but especially road traffic collisions, horse riders and walkers, as well as medical emergencies. To ensure that this vital, life saving services continues, the charity needs in excess of £3,500 per day. With no support from the Government or the National Lottery, they rely solely on voluntary donations to keep this essential service flying.
