I have discovered this amazing website – Action for Happiness!
It has really helped me improve my overall wellbeing by offering small, simple, daily actions that have created more happiness in my life.
I absolutely love what they have created, so much so, I just had to share it with you!
In their own words “Action for Happiness is a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society.” They want to see a fundamentally different way of life – where people care less about what they can get just for themselves and more about the happiness of others.”
Action for Happiness have no religious, political or commercial affiliations and welcome people of all faiths (or none) and all parts of society. Their mission is to encourage people to take positive action to increase wellbeing in their homes, workplaces, schools and local communities.
We are on a mission to create more happiness in 2020, and we’d love it if you would join us. There are lots of easy and simple actions we can take daily to boost our wellbeing and make a difference for others around us too.
We can get this new decade off to a great start by using their ‘Happy January Calendar’. It has lots of fun and practical ideas to start making 2020 a very happy year, not only for us, but for all those around us.
