Please don’t forget that there is no training in Portishead on Monday 7th May 2012, as the Parish Wharf Leisure Centre is closed in the evening due to the May Day Bank Holiday.

All student are very welcome to attend any of the lessons in Cheddar.

Or, if you fancy something different… Why not train at the TAGB Headquaters on Church Road in Bristol on Tuesday 8th May instead!

In patterns training we will focus on technique, stances, aesthetics, power, and everything else you can think of to help you improve your performance! Sparring training is a little more physically demanding as we use a combination of speed, agility and fitness training with pad work and free sparring.

Patterns Training: 12.00pm – 1.30pm

Dress Code: Formal – Doboks and Belts

Sparring Training: 2.00pm – 4.00pm
Cost: £4.00 per session

The South West of England Championships, the first local competition of the of the year, are being held on Saturday 25th February at The Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Hulse Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 3NR.

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.
