Our first live online class is scheduled for Monday 23rd March at 6pm and we are so super excited about you joining us!
We will be using an online platform called Zoom and will email you a link to join us. You won’t need to sign-up for an account, but you will need to download the Zoom app. This will happen automatically on a computer or a laptop when you join your first lesson. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, it would be a good idea to download the app ahead of time.
Once downloaded, all you will need to do is click on the link to join the class and the app will open automatically.
You can download the Zoom app from here:
If you are using a computer to join us, here is a short video walking you through the set up: https://youtu.be/hIkCmbvAHQQ
Every time you join a class your microphone and video will automatically be switched off. Only start your video if you are comfortable with everyone else in the class being able to see you. Junior students must have their parents permission. You are very welcome to join the class with audio only, but I think it will be way more fun if we are all fully engaged.
It is super important that you have enough space to practice safely. Move any trip, fall or collision hazards out of the way, place pets in another room, minimise distractions, and definitely no multi-tasking.
Starting from Tuesday 24th March we will be scheduling two classes per day. A morning class at 10am and an evening class at 7pm. We will also be offering 10 minute 1-2-1 slots if you need help with something specific that wasn’t covered in the group class.
Practicing Tae Kwon-Do is incredibly good for your physical and mental well being, it helps reduce stress and boosts your immunity. It is so important, now more than ever, that you stay active, fit, healthy and connected.
We look forward to seeing you on Monday.
