The second national competition of 2019 is being held on Sunday 19th May at the University of Wales Institute in Cardiff.
There are lots of different disciplines and divisions, including:
- Traditional Patterns
- Competition Free Sparring
- Team Patterns and Tag Teams Sparring
- Destruction (Black Belt Only)
